Graphic Design
Be it whimsical, eye-catching, professional, or practical, I’ve worked with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva to create custom logos, banners, user guides, and worksheets.
The goal is to ensure the colors, images, and messaging reflect the brand you want to project to your intended audience. For that, I often focus on the key themes, ideas, and tone that you want to convey and work from there, so that your intended message is clearly transmitted.
Instructional Design
With tools like the Articulate 360 suite, EdPuzzle, and more, I have created content for diverse audiences around the world. In recent years, a significant focus of my work has been diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), mainly around the LGBTQ+ community and intersectionality, as illustrated by my sample designs here. Workshop design and delivery—both in person and virtual—is a primary passion of mine. Pictured here is a sales methodology workshop I facilitated in Bogotá, Colombia. Whether it’s e-learning, virtual instructor-led training (vILT), or in-person instructor-led training (ILT), engagement is a critical success factor I aim for with all my work.

The Problem
In my current role at International Motors, our internal and dealer salespeople face the industry shift from diesel to electric trucks. They need tools to address their knowledge gaps with these new vehicles, especially when they must demo them to prospective buyers.

My Solution
This is a perfect use-case for mobile technology to facilitate just-in-time, on-demand knowledge. Since the app we need doesn’t yet exist, I prototyped one: the Walkaround Wizard mobile app. See the full prototype design in Figma here.

Easy Navigation
The app design features single sign-on (SSO) login, so our salespeople won’t have to set up or learn new passwords. It also has an easy-to-navigate home screen with corresponding navigation buttons at the bottom to help them find what they need when they need it.

Flexibility & Adaptability
The app also gives them the flexibility to select from different model vehicles whether they work in the truck or bus segment. What’s more, they can select between options that allow them the choice of full or on-demand guidance as they demo vehicles.

Innovation & Accessibility
The app leverages QR codes and augmented reality (AR) to provide on-demand vehicle specs. Information is presented visually, textually, and audibly to maximize accessibility for its users.

Education & Resources
The app design also considers that our customers may have questions that go well beyond the vehicle specs. So, our salespeople have access to the educational and informational resources they need when they need them.
